Over the past ten years Eurovision voting has moved from jury-based decisions to popular phone votes in every participating country.  This year, after growing disquiet over blatant <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Voting_at_the_Eurovision_Song_Contest#Political_and_regional_voting_patterns\">block voting<\/a> by particular countries, each country&#8217;s vote will now be <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurovision.tv\/page\/news?id=1363\">weighted fifty-fifty<\/a> between the phone vote and a jury vote.<\/p>\n<p>Yeah, that&#8217;ll work.
