All week I&#8217;m in and out of the house attending to various bits of business, so in the meantime please enjoy this photograph, taken at a friend&#8217;s instigation during a pleasant summer evening&#8217;s drinking by the old Bristol docks.<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/cookylamoo\/532422521\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cookylamoo.com\/boringlikeadrill\/blogpix\/avantvan01a.jpg\" title=\"Join the Avant-Garde! said the front of the van. Poop poop!\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">I am assured it is one of the vans the historic krautrock band <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/faustpages\">Faust<\/a> turned up in for their gig on Friday night. It certainly looks like the type of vehicle that might have been released by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.krautrock.com\/music.html\">Brain records<\/a> circa 1972.
